Mother’s Day is just around the corner, guys! As a new(ish) mom, Mother’s Day has quickly moved to the top of my favorite holidays list! I love shopping for all the mothers in my life and all the other strong female figures that are important in my son’s life.
This year, with a little help from my followers, I’ve put together two gift guides for you! I received almost unanimous feedback that a gift guide full of practical gifts would be the most useful for you shoppers out there (it must be a “Mom Thing” because I love practical gifts myself). And as far as price point, the responses I received were all over the board. This is why I’ve decided to put together two gift guides for you: in the first you will find gift ideas below $100, and in the second you will find gifts below $50!
Most of the products on this list are those that I either own and love myself, or are products I have on my own wish list!
Links to all products are directly below each gift guide. Happy shopping!
Mother’s Day Gift Guide Under $100
For the Practical Mom:
- Cordless Vacuum: I have this guy at home and I’M OBSESSED! I knew I had to put this one on this list. It makes cleaning floors a breeze and it can even be converted to a handheld option. It’s a Dyson dupe and it definitely gives it’s more expensive counterpart a run for its money!
- Keurig K-Mini Coffee Maker: This cute little Keurig model is so cute and chic and is small enough to fit into the tiniest counter top space, or Working Mom can even put it at her desk!
- Hamilton Beach Stand Mixer: Guys, I’ve been wanting one of these for a long time!! Hamilton Beach has a $99 version of its competitor, which sells it for three times the price. Perfect for any mom who loves to bake!
- Steam mop: This one’s on my wish list too! I’ve heard great things about these and I knew it was another item I had to add to the list.
For the Mom Who Has Everything:
- Ember: A neat piece of tech that keeps your coffee at a consistent temp. So, Mom’s days of reheating her coffee several times a day are a thing of the past!
- Personalized Home/Yard Sign: Personalized gifts are always a good idea for Mother’s Day, and this one helps to add a little curb appeal and style to Mom’s front yard. She’s sure to love it!
- Personalized necklace: Personalized jewelry always makes a great gift, and I chose this bar necklace style simply because it’s a style I’m loving right now!
- Tula gift set: I’ve been using Tula for about 6 months now and I love it! What makes it different is that it’s probiotic skin care, and it’s been able to solve my skin care issues where other products have fallen short. Everyone I know that’s tried it has loved it. An introductory Tula gift set would be a perfect gift for mom!
- Google Home: We have the Google Home system in our house and we love it! After some setup, the Google Home can play music, video, news, tell you what’s on your schedule for the day, control lights and electronics, make phone calls…the list is endless.
- Capri Blue Anthropologie Candle: These candles have a huge cult following for no other reason other than they smell AMAZING. There are many different varieties of the jar the candle comes in, but I really love this mother-of-pearl option!
- Digital photo frame: I’ve given these as gifts to about four different people now, and they are always a huge hit. One frame, thousands of pictures!
- Personalized noodle board: Yep, this one’s on my wish list too. It’s a perfect gift for the mom who has everything. It’ll really elevate the look of her kitchen!

Mother’s Day Gift Guide Under $50
For the Practical Mom:
- Makeup case: This is SO cute and an it’s an awesome size. This one’s definitely on my wish list!
- Packing cubes: As a mom who loves to travel and as a mom who also loves to stay organized, it was a no-brainer for me to add these to the list! Packing cubes have changed my life! They’re a great way to stay organized when usually suitcases become a hot mess after the first night of the trip.
For the Mom Who Has Everything:
- Capri Blue Anthropologie Candle: A smaller, more economical version of the product listed above.
- AirPod dupes: I wear my Apple Air Pods around the house all the time while I’m cooking and cleaning, and I also wear them most of my work day. They never fall out and keep me tuned in to my audiobooks and podcasts all day! These dupes have thousands of five-star reviews and are a fraction of the cost of Apple’s version. I love when I find a good dupe!
- Personalized locket: I love the vintage feel of this locket. You can add a personalized initial charm to represent mom or one of her children, and don’t forget to add a picture, of course!
- Personalized cutting board: A quality piece to add to mom’s kitchen collection. As I’ve said before, you can never go wrong with personalized!
- Google Home Mini: A condensed, cheaper version of the one listed above. We have three of these in our home and my absolute FAVORITE part about the Google Home system is that I can ask Google to play whatever I’m listening to throughout the whole house! It’s a great feature for parties or just when I’m flitting from room to room cleaning.
- Personalized Tea Towels: Similar to the personalized cutting board, this would make a super cute addition to mom’s kitchen. These also just happen to be at a great price point!
- Personalized Travel Jewelry Case: This gift is so feminine but also so practical. I don’t usually bring a lot of jewelry when I travel, but I never know what to do with the little amount that I do. It usually ends up getting thrown into a small pocket somewhere. That being said, this one’s definitely on my own wish list this year!
